When young athletes work hard, they sweat. Since the fluids in our body contain a highly regulated mixture of water with elements such as sodium, potassium and magnesium, we lose more than just water when we sweat. Replenishing the body with plenty of water with the right combination of electrolytes keeps our chemistry consistent and our maximizes our physical and mental abilities.

Pro Rizz Performance is designed to be consumed before and during intense physical activity to promote strength and endurance. Generally speaking, one serving of Pro Rizz should be consumed for every hour of high-level competition or training.

Pro Rizz products contain powdered coconut water. They should not be consumed by anyone with a coconut allergy. Although coconuts are not technically defined as tree nuts, the FDA does classify them as such. Pro Rizz is not recommended for persons with a tree nut allergy unless tolerance to coconut has been well established with an allergist.
